Meldo® automatically sends a welcome SMS 2 hours before the start of the hotel day. In the message, the guest will find:

  • Exact check-in time
  • Aparthotel address
  • QR code information

Thanks to this, guests do not have to call or write with questions

At the aparthotel...

Guest scans the QR code and checks in on their own - no reception

After arriving at the property, the guest scans the QR code placed on the building. The Meldo® app automatically opens in the phone's browser, guiding them step by step through the check-in process. All they have to do is enter the reservation confirmation number (e.g. from Booking.com, Airbnb or another platform).
